Artist's Comments
The end of a period in one's life where you leave behind the securities and comfort of childhood and enter the responsibilities and stresses of adult hood. Most of us have been through it, and many of you have yet to reach that point. Personally I like to look back at how things were when I was a lot younger. It tends to happen when I'm stressed or laying in bed listening to something that would conjure up in my mind some image from when I was in high school or just entering college.
I should add with this upload that this is probably not the actual 199th Las Lindas, it's like 198th. A decision was made a few months ago to change how our comics were ordered and several were sent to the galleries, leaving this one a position or two behind. However, I am just too damn lazy to go back here and update all of them.
